Collection: Pilot Mountain

Pilot Mountain Turquoise comes from a series of mines found in western Nevada at the southern end of the Pilot Mountains. The first discoveries occurred in 1908. This is a very beautiful turquoise with colors that range from bright blue to dark blue with a greenish cast.  The intense colors are highlighted by a matrix of light to dark brown limonite mottled patterns. This is a unique and collectible turquoise that offers an intriguing presentation in every cabochon.
